One address: [email protected]. It reaches the people who write these pages.
Send here
- A figure on this site that does not match the jar or the checkout
- A price the seller has since changed
- A broken link or a page that will not load
- A question about how the site is funded
Send to the seller instead
- Where an order is
- Changing an address or a quantity
- Starting a refund
- Access to the digital guides
Their address arrives with the order confirmation. Nothing about an order is visible from this site, so a message here only delays it.
Health questions
A pharmacist or doctor can read the panel alongside your own history, which is a combination no website has.
Corrections
The quickest corrections name the page, quote the line and point at a better source. A link to the seller's own page carrying a different number usually settles it in a single reply.
Two things drift more than the rest: the box prices and the wording of the guarantee. Both belong to the seller, both can change on any morning, and neither change arrives here automatically. A reader who spots the checkout and a page here disagreeing is often the first signal there is.
What this site will not do
It will not publish a claim it cannot trace to the label or to the seller's own material, and it will not print a figure it has not read. Where something is unknown it is described as unknown, which is occasionally unsatisfying and always preferable to the alternative.
Replies
Read in order and usually answered inside a couple of working days. Nothing sent here joins a list or reaches the seller.
